As we observe National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, we are reminded of the profound words of Bebe Moore Campbell: "The most important thing we can do is to talk to each other. It helps us to understand each other and to build bridges, not walls." At NAMI Georgia, we are dedicated to fostering understanding and breaking down the barriers that prevent so many in minority communities from accessing the mental health care they need. This month, we highlight the unique challenges faced by minority groups and reaffirm our commitment to providing support, education, and advocacy. But we can't do it alone. We need your help to continue our mission and expand our reach. By contributing to NAMI Georgia, you are supporting vital programs that educate, support, and advocate for those affected by mental illness. Your generosity allows us to build bridges of hope and understanding across Georgia, particularly in communities where mental health resources are scarce. Please consider making a donation today to support our ongoing efforts! https://bit.ly/3VI295g
