I'm honored to share that our team has three papers accepted at ICLR 2025, tackling fundamental challenges in AI: hallucination correction in LLMs, robust concept representations, and conformal fairness. Our contributions: - HalluEditBench: A Comprehensive Framework for Evaluating Knowledge Editing in Language Models A systematic benchmark assessing knowledge editing methods across multiple dimensions to determine if they _truly_ correct hallucinations. - Beyond Single Concept Vector: Modeling Concept Subspace in LLMs Introducing Gaussian Concept Subspaces (GCS) to replace unstable single-vector concept representations, improving robustness in probing and interpretability. - A Generic Framework for Conformal Fairness Extending conformal prediction to ensure fairness across diverse data modalities, including non-IID and graph-based settings. I’m grateful to collaborate with an outstanding research team: Baixiang Huang, Canyu Chen, Xiongxiao Xu, Kai Shu, Haiyan Zhao, Heng Zhao, Bo Shen, Fan Yang, Mengnan Du, Aditya Vadlamani, Anutam Srinivasan, Pranav Maneriker, and Srinivasan Parthasarathy.
