Over the years, our company culture of grace and kindness has fostered a work environment that brings out the best in our people, where giving and charity are natural occurrences. But, we recognized that we had the opportunity to do more. And, so, Pango Foundation was born, allowing us to carry on our grace and kindness into other avenues to help those in need. Pango Foundation is the non-profit arm of Pango Group, a family of companies that together are the leading California-based settlement service experts. And as the very first escrow organization to launch its own foundation, Pango Foundation’s goal was simple—create a hands-on approach for employees, families, and communities to pay it forward. The organization does this by providing its network of brands and employees with built-in opportunities that allow them to contribute to worthy causes and efforts that directly benefit the people and communities they serve. Pango Foundation provides a multitude of ways employees can support scholarship funds, philanthropic partnerships, and charities. For example, escrow officers can choose to give a percentage of their commissions to a charity. Employees can volunteer their time to efforts like Back To School Backpack Day, which provides school supplies to underprivileged children or participate in building homes for Giveback Homes, a community of real estate professionals who are committed to creating social change by helping build homes for deserving families around the globe. As Pango Group evolves as an organization, Pango Foundation evolves as well. We’re always seeking new and positive ways to make an impact that spans well beyond successfully managing escrows. But our mission of enhancing the lives of the people, partners, and communities we serve will forever be the core focus of everything we do each and every day.
