In exchange, the PEO handles the entire scope of HR services - payroll, tax administration, benefits, compliance, onboarding, training, and more. This lifts a huge burden off your internal teams and allows you to focus on driving business growth and strategy. The payroll percentage model offers simplicity and predictability when budgeting for HR costs. Since the fee is tied directly to payroll, it naturally scales as your company grows. And all PEO fees are tax-deductible business expenses. Perhaps the biggest advantage, though, is being able to provide your employees with Fortune 500-caliber health insurance and retirement plans at an affordable rate. PEOs leverage their large risk pools to negotiate lower rates they pass on through the bundled fee.
