Portsmouth Guildhall Renaissance Founder's Club

Portsmouth Guildhall, a registered arts charity operated by The Guildhall Trust, is embarking on an ambitious programme of redevelopment called the Renaissance Project, an all-encompassing plan to redevelop and future-proof the Guildhall. It will cost approx. £10 million and will be completed in several phases over the next few years. We will: • Create a new and fully accessible box office. • Build a stunning side extension, offering new restaurant, bar and café facilities and be a major asset for Guildhall Square. • Improve of conference and meeting spaces. • Create new internal bar facilities. • Renovate our toilets. • Improve ground floor access by widening our foyers. • Renovate the tired interior of our heritage building. • Develop exhibition and gallery spaces. • Improve the Concert Hall and Backstage areas, to provide better seating with more leg room and an air cooling system, and modernise the technical and backstage areas.
