I am back! What a pleasure being part of the #ATPS B2B Travel organized by Ai Events | Airline Information 24 - 25 September. One example is airlines becoming travel intermediaries themselves providing hotels, car rentals, and more besides flights. 👉There are a lot of lessons and a lot of technology we can take re-use from the B2C world into the B2B world. 👉NDC is shaping a whole new B2B world which will require even further transparency, collaboration, and joint effort across all actors involved. 👉Payment processing and specifically fraud prevention can't be an afterthought (especially in the NDC world). If done incorrectly can result in many orders lost and unnecessary costs, becoming a major friction point between airlines and OTAs/travel intermediaries.
