Team SBA joined partners from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), USDA, and other agencies for Path to Prosperity - Southeast, a joint initiative designed to bring federal and other resources to rural and underserved communities across the country. SBA Southeast Regional Administrator Allen Thomas, District Director Mike Arriola, Rural Affairs Director Anna Lucas, Deputy Aregnaz Mooradian, and lender relations specialist Jason Woods brought the collective expertise of the SBA to the hybrid event which drew roughly 200 participants. Other SBA partners including The Women's Business Center of The Triad, SCORE Mentors NC Piedmont Triad, and NC SBTDC brought a wealth of small business expertise and relationship building as well. P2P was held at Greensboro's Gateway Research Center, a joint venture between University of North Carolina at Greensboro and North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
