Health and wellness companies are waking up to the importance of menopause care! We are lucky to work with many of them as partners to provide safe access to clinical care during menopause. One of our partners includes Noom - they help millions with weight management, and chronic and non-chronic conditions, such as stress and anxiety, hypertension, and diabetes. We co-created a 12-lesson mini-course about menopause and metabolism for the Noom app as part of their new Healthy Ageing educational course. It offers bite-sized information about menopause and treatment options, including hormone replacement therapy and lifestyle change. Lessons include case studies, practical tips, and audio-track meditations. We also give Noomers access to Stella for the broader set of menopause symptoms and to complement the great support they get on Noom. The menopause mini-course launched at the end of 2023 and we are excited it’s proving popular among Noomers.
