That’s a wrap on #SXSWEDU 2025! The Work Reimagined track produced powerful conversations ranging from tech-based navigation platforms and earn & learn programs to AI competencies and “Unwritten Rules” from Harvard Business Review’s Women at Work. We covered skills-based training and hiring, interest-based learning, partnership-based talent pipelines, and innovative approaches to financing all of the above. Plus, we've gained many helpful takeaways on what works and doesn’t work with AI on career mobility, with a lot of great questions still to explore. The Work Reimagined track is presented by Blackstone whose LaunchPad program seeks to close the opportunity gap by equipping primarily first-gen college students with skills, internships and social capital to help them build lasting careers. https://lnkd.in/g2Ki2Xbu
