We care about #design at Theator. A lot. Because the surgeons and health systems that use our platform deserve the best, and need access to their procedures and analytics easily and quickly. That’s why when our design team, Shany Kedar and Shaked Sheinman, initiated a 2-day UI bug-fest to make our system pixel-perfect, the dev team gave it all they got. Last Friday we marked a special occasion at our office as we welcomed back the inspiring individuals from the Tofsim Kivun – תופסים כיוון program for the second time. Tofsim Kivun is a remarkable initiative tailored for exceptional young academics who often come from the geographical and social periphery of Israel. The program is grounded in the belief that to chart a successful path in the world of employment and cultivate a thriving career, individuals need a combination of tools, personalized guidance, and the ability to establish meaningful connections. In times like these, it becomes even more imperative for us to share our knowledge and experiences, especially when it can benefit others. Our co-founder & CTO, Dotan Asselmann, had the privilege of sharing Theator's story, while our team members – Anna Grozman, Gal Sasson, Guy Raviv, and Yael Mangel – shared their experiences within the industry. A special thanks to Evita Mancovich, Tofsim Kivun alumni, who joined us and seized the opportunity to illuminate her personal experience as a mentee and shed some light on her role today.
