  • Last week, our client, Operation Fresh Start, hosted their annual awards gala in Madison at the Goodman Community Center Brassworks Building. Tri-Marq is a proud sponsor of Operation Fresh Start, and we are honored to produce their annual dinner and gala. Operation Fresh Start works to empower young adults toward self-sufficiency by providing key resources like education, job training, and mentoring.   • Our client, Numotion, held their annual Commercial Growth Summit at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center in Denver, Colorado. The event included General Sessions, Breakouts, and a company-wide FUNraiser and trade show in the expo hall. Attendees participated in an on-site community service activity packing over 50,00 meals for the Food Bank of the Rockies and creating 2,000 personal greeting cards for patients at Craig Hospital. Numotion is the nation’s largest and leading provider of products and services that provide aid for those who have mobility limitations. The company believes in helping those with disabilities to maximize their health and personal independence. Our video team produced, shot, and edited 4 videos that played back on site on the last day that included recap footage, interviews with attendees, and interviews with customers. Also on-site was our photo team that captured event photography and employee headshots. Additionally, the Tri-Marq event team designed, set up, and produced the General Sessions and Breakouts.

  • With your clients and staff all in one place, there is never a better time to grab some on-site testimonial footage. Whether you want content for sales and marketing, to showcase your clients on your website, or simply to remember your event, our team shoots attendees’ thoughts so you can capture genuine endorsements of your product or service. In 2022, our client, Real Brokerage, Inc. invited brokers and agents to their annual conference ‘OneReal.’ This was an agent-focused conference where agents gain practical takeaways and foster powerful connections with one another. Guests of the conference enjoyed General Sessions, breakout group discussions, a welcome reception, a Q+A panel, and a white party to round out the event. Tri-Marq not only produced the event, taking on staging, event setup, AV, and production duties, but we also were tasked with recording the recap video. By recording their attendees, they were able to get content to use on social media and promote the services and technology. Our clients have several options when it comes to capturing testimonials. Whether you like the feel of a live, in-crowd testimonial or prefer the look of a separate ‘studio’ or green screen, Tri-Marq comes prepared for any creative style. For this project, we used the general session space as a background for the shoot. This footage was then edited on-site to give the client the ability to use, post, and share the testimonials immediately. Our motion designer created the lower thirds that accompany the testimonials in addition to motion graphics for the rest of the video. Shots of the app in action were provided by the client. To complete the recap video, Tri-Marq handled all video production, sound design, editing, and post-production.

  • Each year, Follett hosts their annual sales meetings for their Content Sales team and Software Sales team. This year, both events were held at the same venue in Nashville with one taking place in January and the other in February. While the meetings had different agendas, working in the same venue had its advantages; one site survey for our technical team, using some of the same spaces in the venue including ballrooms and breakout rooms. But most importantly, our partnership with the Follett team for over 10 years is the icing on the cake. Our teams work seamlessly together to provide successful outcomes for their sales teams. As show producers, we handled show management, created recap videos and coordinated event photography and staff portraits. Additionally, Tri-Marq managed pre-production, show management, AV crew, AV management.

  • Every year the women of Professional Dimensions gather to celebrate together and raise money for their charitable organization at their annual Imprint Awards. The Imprint Awards honor 2 women doing exceptional work in their commmunity. Changing organizations every 2 years, the Professional Dimensions Charitable Fund provides aid to programs that help women and entrepreneurs in the Milwaukee area.   • Tri-Marq recently produced and directed the 10th Annual IceBreaker for the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce (GMCC). The event saw 850 members of the business community pack the floor of the Kohl Center to hear a variety of presenters. Each year, Tri-Marq works with the Chamber to design the layout of the event, create graphics for the arena scoreboards, and manage the execution of the show. For 2024, Tri-Marq was tasked with re-inventing the stage design to allow for more seating and to replace four fifty-foot branded banners that had become outdated. Coordinating with our partners at Studio Gear and working with the UW Athletics tech crew, our team created a dynamic lighting backdrop that changed with each presenter and masked the hundreds of red seats behind the stage. That backdrop, combined with haze and the moving lights, helped transform a sports arena into a unique meeting space. #trimarq #eventproduction #madison #lightingdesign
