Tracking the right KPIs can help your property with goal setting and monitoring, benchmarking against industry standards or competitors, making decisions on where to invest resources, understanding guest satisfaction, and evaluating staff performance. To bring it back to the basics, here are a few of the most critical KPIs that every hotelier must monitor: 1.
