Since our formation in 2007, we have been at the forefront of advancing sustainable development, fostering community engagement, and driving innovative solutions to urban challenges.     Join ULI Idaho for an exclusive project tour of Zoo Boise, sponsored by CM Company, Inc. This event will offer a behind-the-scenes look at one of Boise’s most beloved attractions, blending informative presentations with an on-site tour of the zoo’s ongoing construction projects. Part 1: Introduction to Zoo Boise Begin with an engaging presentation by Zoo Boise Director, Gene Peacock, who will introduce the zoo, share its rich history, provide an overview of the property and its diverse animal inhabitants, and highlight some unique and fascinating facts about the zoo.
