Thank you for the shoot out Jed Byrne for Jim Heid, FASLA and his book Building Small: A Toolkit for Real Estate Entrepreneurs, Civic Leaders, and Great Communities. We were very fortunate last year to have Jim visit and speak about his book and how building small helps the entire community. We highly recommend Jim’s book https://a.co/d/2aR8f7z

I have to post about the ULI event but first and foremost I have to share this moment I captured. One of my mentors literally is the life of the party. The party could be a small intimate conversation. It could be a large gathering put on by this individual for Earth Day. It could be a ULI event. This incredible human being is none other than Gretchen Saussy. Some words of wisdom from Gretchen "You are either celebrated or tolerated." "Sometimes people can only see you in the first role that you filled for them." Empowerment around the Clifton Strengthfinder 2.0 She is also the selfie queen.
