ULI Boston/New England was fortunate to hold a developer spotlight yesterday featuring WS Development’s recently completed 1 Boston Wharf Road. In a conversation led by Heath Cody, AIA of Gensler, panelists including Amy Prange of WS Development, Christopher Dial of Henning Larsen and Julie Janiski of Buro Happold took us through the building’s design inspiration, vision and net-zero strategy. Currently the city’s largest net zero carbon office building (even containing the recently recognized Sublime Systems low carbon cement) - the building has some amazing engineering features in both sustainability and resiliency. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the neighborhood. #netzero #sustainability #realestatedevelopment
