We are fortunate to be part of UMass Chan Medical School and UMass Memorial Health. Our department offers patient-centered clinical care at UMass Memorial Medical Center, our academic teaching hospital, and in a variety of community and hospital settings.

A day in the life of a newly awarded Nobel Prize laureate. Victor Ambros had a momentous time at work following the announcement of his 2024 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. He discussed his perspectives on the future of research and scientific discoveries with colleagues and was pleasantly surprised to see fellow medicine laureate, Craig Mello, at @umasschan press conference. Mello received the prize in 2006.
