Jack Boyles is a managing director within the Firm’s Financial Accounting and Advisory Services (FAAS) group. Jack provides CFO consulting services based on more than 25 years experience leading organizations as the senior finance executive, co-founder, shareholder, investor and/or director in startup, rapid growth, turnaround and consolidation situations. He is accomplished in creating or adapting the accounting organizations, processes, information systems, reporting, and external relationships to align with a company’s strategies, growth prospects, competitive environment, and value realization goals. His industry experience includes senior finance roles across commercial, technical, IT, distribution/logistics, ecommerce, and professional services verticals as well as software, manufacturing, environmental and consumer goods businesses.

Jack has a deep understanding of financial planning and modeling, data analytics and decision support systems, systems planning and implementation, valuations, merger planning and implementation, both buy- and sell-side transactions, and funding strategies.

He earned his Masters of Business Administration from Dartmouth’s Amos Tuck School where he focused on General Management and Finance. His undergraduate degree focused on Mathematics with a specialization in Statistics and a minor in Economics, also at Dartmouth College. He began his professional career with a management consulting firm now part of Oliver Wyman.
