A new POI (Skyscraper) for 7 Days to Die alpha 18.4 game. Spent more than 500 hours to build this base (skyscraper) for myself and for other players to enjoy. 35 floors, max height. It may take several hours to loot and explore every single room thought. Perfect for hiding from zombie hordes.

A new POI (custom new prefab) for 7 Days to Die alpha 18.4 game.
Spent more than 500 hours to build this base (skyscraper) for myself and for other players to enjoy. 35 floors, max height. 
Ground floor with pipes, storage area and a small bunker was planned (under the garage, access via elevator shaft)
but was cancelled because of the height restrictions. It may take several hours to loot and explore every single room thought.
Practically all the lights in this POI is disabled, simplified and optimized as much as possible for performance.
Even by using generator some lights will not work. Skyscraper was build from usual concrete blocks and metal trussings.
Practically all the walls 3 blocks deep and all bulletproof windows 2 blocks deep.

Specification:
Size: 56, 194, 49.
Loot: 1226.
Fetch: 1.
BlockEntities: 3252.
Sleeper: 2, 2-3.

Only two small sleeper volumes just to scare the player, one on the roof and one inside the building. 
Player can easily disable these volumes by placing Land Claim Block and bed after eliminating the threat.

P.S: I also spent a lot of time trying to find a right flat spot at the green biom for this POI and there only two places, 
one near the bridge (bridge near trader) and another one near the cemetery/church. I selected spot near the cemetery/church. :)
Near the bridge spot is not that good looking from a distance when skyscraper is placed.
Light above stairs that leads to the second floor supposed to fluctuate but because of the bug with that light I made it static.

Tips:
Finish the fetch quest first if you want to make this building your main base, because when you activate Rally Point the building will reset
and you may loose your loot..
Skyscraper has only one weak point (wall near staircase, only 1 block deep) and it's where staircase is located that leads to the garage.
Player can reinforce concrete..
Player can make a working elevator by using hatches exploit.
Player can hide from the blood moon horde at the penthouse the 35 floor.
When the new Navezgane world with this POI generated make sure that the trees (branches) are not clipping through the windows and walls from left and right side of POI. (It's a usual behavior of trees in 7 Days to Die game. When even a small tree upon world generation can became a huge big tree. Can clip through the walls if POI is near)

Installation: 
If you want a Navezgane world with that POI already integrated then just Copy and Paste Data folder to the 7 Days to Die root folder.. and accept replacement.(Make a backup of your vanilla Navezgane world first) And start a new Navezgane world.
If you want only POI at the POI editor then just copy Prefabs folder to your 7 Days to Die/Data folder and accept replacement.

P.S.S: I would be glad if developers reuse this POI in the final game. Or at least some of the floors.
