I've tested much of the "Autominers" which are more scam than real "auto"...
So here is a small modlet which works full serverside-only which adds a real Autominer.
Open the Workbench, type "(V) Autominer" in the Search and craft it.
Place the Block, wait until it's coloured black, loot it, wait again! This is

This is a REAL Autominer.
To get the block back, you can salvage it with a tool.The droplist are more for ressources and very very very very very rare Legendary Parts. (around 0,001% Chance)
