So, am I just ultra retarded or I can't find any video links or anything beside the main image and some text. I am in desperate need of help, since I really wanted to get the unique scales that were showcased in the image titled "ADVANCED". Also if there's anyone that would help explain to me from where I can find those scales/ scars I would be immensely grateful.
Advanced i can't help you sadly since i don't have it, it needs substance painter to take the tattoo and make a normal map out of it and after was the code part which Kartoffels removed now( was shown in the video how to do it ), maybe cuz there's going to be a better way of implementing it with the tool kit ?
I can help with having the dragon scales only. Dld the Unique Tav Body Tattoo Variants in the optional files, the scales are 16 and 17, choose the one you like :) Then follow Maze's guide video that is linked on the description page ( she has a written guide on it as well linked in the video description ). Very easy steps to follow just make sure you're editing the race you're using and make the changes ).

Would you consider uploading an optional file with just the head and body meshes (male and female) with the good UVs to use them in Substance? It'd be really helpful, me and other people are having troubles importing the converted meshes, it's either an error or broken UVs
Can you point me to a guide of opening DAE files into Substance? Converting GR2s is easy with the export tool, but I'm getting errors in Adobe and Google is giving me nothing lol
