Adds Xan's moonblade from BG1 into BG3!

On a request from pmnavatar, I built Xan's Moonblade from the original Baldur's Gate into BG3. I made two, distinct versions of the sword, both with two model variations. The first is the base version of the sword, which has only the original stats from BG1, and nothing else. The second has the original stats along with some extras and unique weapon actions that are all limited to once per rest.
All four swords are packaged together in this mod, with them in a unique container designed like a grimoire that floats above the ground, if you want to plop it in camp for some wizard decorations.
If you don't care about the flame effect, you can likely skip the dependency, but I don't know if that will cause any other issues with the swords. Personally, I say add in Shivero's VFX libraries, as a lot of modders use them for our mods when we want a neat, unique flair.
As always, the weapons are in the tutorial chest, Damon's Inventory, and Sorcerous Sundries.
