Works like Transmog Enhanced's hide item ring but also removes the audio of the glamoured footwear. Just to be clear, your character will still make noise when walking/running/jumping/attacking/looting/gazingintothecampmirrorforthefifteenthtime, the same noise he or she makes when barefoot.
Acquire the item on the nautiloid or by summoning the tutorial chest. Not sold by vendors.
