As it says on the tin, this mod replaces one of the facepaint textures with a top lip lipstick. So it is compatible with the ingame lipstick. It is however not compatible with any other mods that replace facepaint textures, as all of them are in the same file.
It adds two versions, one called "overdraw" which is a bit bigger and one called "pointy" which is a bit smaller. Sadly they do not work on all faces so try both of them out.
Drag and drop the map "generated" into
Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data
and it should be good to go.
The icon in the character creation does not change and still shows the og version, it replaces tattoo 37.
