Fixes certain feats from not giving their Ability Score Improvement until the 20 limit when other sources also increase it.

Using Actor, Durable, Heavily Armoured, Heavy Armour Master and Resilient feats to increase your ASI does so in the form of a "buff". These feats are supposed to increase your base ability score like all the other feats do up to the maximum of 20 but they are coded differently.

The ASI coming in the form of a "buff" causes the aforementioned feats to grant no bonuses if you have other sources of ASI that would otherwise exceed the 20 cap. This mod fixes that by giving all those Feats an increase to base attribute instead.

Existing characters will need to perform a respec to obtain the new ability score improvements.

Due to the mod being a quick and dirty code swap the "Resilience" feat will now allow you to select a different ability to increase than the saving throw proficiency you choose. I couldn't find a quick fix for this as it's not really intended, but I'm not about to spend more time fixing a potential "cheat" you yourself are in control of in a singleplayer game.
