Inspired by the Dark Urge's first major act of violence and the circle of blood left behind. I took the daggers drawn in blood and painted them around the neck. Replaces the broken sword at the throat tattoo in Unique Tav Custom Appearance, so it won't show up on anyone but you.
Optional: Replacer version, doesn't need Unique Tav. Just unpack and go.
Installation: Install Unique Tav Custom Appearance. Override by unpacking zipped contents to SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Baldurs Gate 3/Data/ Done!
