Hello! I've only recently returned to bg3 after a nearly 6mo(and several game updates) long break to deal with real-life chaos and I'm very very slowly trying to see if anything needs updated or fixed. These seem to be working fine with my game but I cannot promise there's something out there that makes em go funky for yours. Kindness and patience are greatly appreciated when stepping into the comments with an issue.
This mod adds 8-28(depending on which files you add) new eye colors to the character creation screen and magic mirror inspired by my main Tav. Please note I am not taking requests for more/different colors. Please feel free and encouraged to share pics of your Tav using my eye colors! I love seeing everyone's creations! Note: it sometimes takes a bit for me to see+approve them. I'm terrible at catching the notifications.
This should work in some form on all vanilla races and most, if not all modded races. NOTE: These were made with tiefling/glowing eyes in mind! The glow effect adds a lot of character to them. They will not look the same on every race. If you'd like glowing eyes for more races go check out Eyes of the Beholder. Note that glowing eyes do weird things with heterochromia as the glow effect has some funky implementation in the game that I can't fix.
Requirements & Installation
I've never installed anything manually or used vortex so I cannot help troubleshoot those. See below for suggested alternative or The BG3 Wiki page on installing mods.
For those who have to manually install(sorry mac folks) I've been taught you need this: UUID: fe86553e-cc9d-428c-b518-dcbb44cc290a Folder: KLEyesStorm Install: as you would any other with BG3 Mod Manager. No need to unzip it. Just import the zip(File>Import Mod), drag it from the inactive column to active, and export/save the load order. I don't think it needs to go in a certain spot but I do generally keep it towards the top of my list with other CC stuff like hairs, heads, and horns. Moving it around in the load order(don't forget to export when you move it) and trying different spots is always a good first troubleshooting step if its not showing up.
To uninstall: just drag over to the inactive column and save the load order again. Delete KaiLimeEyesStorm.pak from your Mods folder if desired. This can be uninstalled safely from saves even if active on your character. All that should happen is your character gets reverted back to their default vanilla eye color.
