Humans set as parent race to satyr (only in regards to armor) - meaning ALL armors, custom or vanilla, will now have visuals regardless. But beware that pants, shorts, boots etc will either overwrite or mess with the legs unless the armor doesnt have pants/shorts or I removed them (which i've only done for the list on the main page).

Like the title says, a mod that adds a playable Satyr race - with appropriate legs!
This mod is pretty experimental, it was initially created as a visual test that I started early in my modding journey and quickly dropped - but I figured the results were decent enough to turn into a full-fledged mod. You could imagine that using digitigrade legs with a human skeleton causes... issues. So be warned, janky animations and clipping abound! Please read the Issues/Bugs section below for more details.

Racial Traits
(Mostly in accordance with the MOoT sourcebook)
• Reveler: Proficiency in Performance and Persuasion, as well as proficiency in musical instruments
• Extra movement speed
• Mirthful Leaps: Extra jump distance
• Magic Resistance
• Ram attack: Comes with a toggable Knockback effect
Note: You gain a one-time use spell that allows you to summon an instrument of your choice!
Armor
List of current armor/clothes with visuals that work with Satyr (big thank you to bg3.wiki for having listed a lot of the armor/clothing available for players). All the other armors still work and have visuals, but unless I edited them personally, any pants will overwrite the legs - shorts and the like often don't fit properly either. Accessories (gloves, cloaks etc) show as intended. The same goes for any custom armors!

Be prepared for clipping! There's almost no custom models involved here - 99% of what I do is remove any pants attached to the above armors because it otherwise transforms the satyr legs into regular human ones. I'm not able to test all of them, so if i've accidentally removed the wrong part/assigned the wrong armor size (so like from a different race) do let me know.
Genitals/leaves are available (one option per type of genitalia, haven't tested what the leaves look like).
To avoid a Donald Duck type problem where the groins are that of smooth Ken-dolls one moment and uhh, there being a suprise the next; satyr spawn with a loincloth (two types for armor and one for camp clothing) - it's in your shoes and/or cloak slot so you can simply take it off once you start playing, dye it and/or wear it with other armors. Invisible versions are also available (that just hide undies) inside the backpack you spawn with.

Customization
• 6 custom heads available per body type + half-elf vanilla heads
• 5 selectable ear options available (2 pairs of satyr ears, 2 fluffy variants of said ears and 1 pair regular elf ears) - exclusively for custom heads
• 7 tails + 3 alt options available
• 2 alt horns available (made to curl around satyr ears)
• 7 extra tattoos available (4 nose tattoos, and 3 dots tattoos) - see Images tab on where to find them!
Note: All the tattoos are also available as "Facepaint", which essentially allows you to stack them with makeup AND tattoos - but their color/intensity is just not editable. You can find them under the scars section (they're selectable together with scars though! It's just a UI thing). It's a bit hacky, but it means neither makeup or tattoos have to be sacrificed for a cute little satyr nose :)
Eyes of the Beholder fully compatible - specifically works well with the Goat Eyes preset for this race
Astralities' Hair Color Supplement works especially well with coloring the ear tips as they're dependant on eyebrow color, which is much stronger and colorful in these custom haircolors
If you get floating detached heads - set your animation LOD to high (inside the graphics settings of the game). This is a common bug for mods that add custom heads!
Aside from the aforementioned janky animations and potential clipping with the legs - some teeny bit of invisibility in the body model can be seen when wearing some of the armors. Specifically if the upperbody armor sits a little higher than usual.
Colors of leg and ear fur change based on bodyhair color rather than hair color, it's not possible to change this because of how skin textures work.
The Ram attack animation is currently similar to the Unarmed attack one, player races don't have an attack animation where they use their heads to ram as far as i've been able to find.
I wasn't able to figure out how to implement the Mirthful Leaps racial feature as intended, so for now the jump distance just gets multiplied by 1.5.
There's visible seams between the satyr ears and heads - not spending anymore time trying to fix this because its near impossible - use the vanilla ears (third option) if it bothers you!
Scars and wrinkles show near the tips of the satyr ears.
Piercing sets with earrings work on ears 1 and 3, but sit a little forward on ears 2 - there's no way for me to adjust it per ear as piercing placement is dependant on the head.
Ram shows as doing 1 damage in CC, but it updates accordingly once you enter the game.
The default genital options shows a blank name initially, this is due to trying to circumvent an issue with mirror usage. You can just pick another option or presumably leave it as is.
The "Facepaint" options show up for all other races, but as githyanki paint - I cannot remove them from there or replace the tattoos without affecting the githyanki player and NPC spots! So just ignore them. If this happens on the half-elf/patched heads within the mod, it's likely that UT or EotB is overwriting them, so load the mod after until either is updated.
