Two options:
Neck tattoo - replacer: will replace all tattoos in the game
Neck tattoo - Unique Tav: replace only the tattoo for your character (Unique Tav is required to install!)
Installation:
Extract the contents of the zip into your Baldurs Gate 3\Data folder (disk:\steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data)
