Remove irrational worship of Gods from Customizer's Compendium. I also deleted some outdated and unnecessary files of it.

My Rouge Astarion said it clearly that he is a nonbeliever but I still have to pick a God for him. It's really weird for me so I made this change. I made Deity only available for Cleric &Paladin or only Cleric.
