Hi all :)
This is a replacer that changes the body (body type 2 - slim male) of humans, drows, elves, and humans, to the tiefling body.
It does just that, nothing more, nothing less. It canbe used with the awesome mod Half-Tiefs (Tiefling Horns and Tail for All). This way, you can also add a tail (and optionally horns). If you don't want to or prefer not having a tail at all, there is a version for that. :)
To use with Half-Tiefs, you will need a compatibility patch (otherwise the tail will not be aligned correctly). You can find it in Misc files. The patch does absolutely nothing on its own! You NEED Half-Tiefs (Tiefling Horns and Tail for All) to be able to add the tail.
Alternatively, you can download the tail-less version and use the Half-Tiefs mod without the compatibility patch. There will not be a smooth transition for the tail, though.
Installation
To uninstall, remove the extracted files from the Data folder.

I've added a variant for use without tail! You can find it under main files. :) This version has no tail gap even when naked. I added a picture to the gallery.
There is a bit uneven shade between the..cheeks :'D It is likely caused by texture mapping to the mesh. If I learn of a better way to do that, I will update. But IMO it's not too disturbing. :)

Installation
- Download the main mod (TieflingBodyForOtherRacesBT2.zip or TieflingBodyNoTail-1.0.zip).
- Make sure you have Unique Tav Custom Appearance and all its requirements installed!
- Extract the contents to your Baldurs Gate 3/Data folder (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data).
- Optionally, download and install Half-Tiefs (Tiefling Horns and Tail for All) (skip this step if you already have it).
- Download the TieflingHybridsPatch.zip misc file.
- Extract the contents to your Baldurs Gate 3/Data folder (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data).
- You're done! :)

Known Issues
- The tail added by the Half-Tiefs mod has a seam. I cannot for the life of me get rid of it; I will try to obtain more information and fix it. If you know what could be the reason, please tell me! <3
- Some genitals have seams. I don't know if it's related to Update 5 or not... I have problems even after the latest Unique Tav update. I did my best to prepare the textures, though!
