- Fixed: Survival Instinct is now working on passives again
- Changed/Buffed: Survival Instinct healing calculation, now it adds all the damage before rounding, so it heals a bit more overall
- Changed/Fixed: Survival Instinct now provides actual healing at all times, instead of internally manipulating your hit points in some cases
- Changed/Fixed: All powers now use your best spell casting modifier instead of seemingly randomly picking a different one for each ability when multiclassing
- Tweaked: Turning into a full Illithid, you now keep the upgraded powers when using the human form (also no duplicate powers)
- Nerfed: Elevated Mind now gives +0,/+1/+1/+2/+2/+3 instead of +0/+1/+2/+3/+4/+5 to the chosen ability score
- New: With Interesting Bodytypes installed, the mind flayer transformation will have varying size for some body types
- Reworked: Psionic Overload has been completely reworked, see the article for the full details, it is more in-depth

- Made the 50% resource regen on short rest more reliable
- Insanity stacks now vanish after a fight, so game no longer tracks them forever
- Cull the Weak fixed, explosion centers correctly on target. Also removed the cooldown and changed the cost to be 2 Illithid Potency charges and no reaction.
- Luck of the Far Realms got a toggle like Cull the Weak, so you can disable the interrupt from happening from your hotbar without needing to open the interrupt menu
- Updated all optional files to be add-ons, no replacers, higher compatibility
