What’s New in 2.0?
Specialty Tagging System: We’ve launched a new tagging system in this update, focused initially on undead creatures. This system allows us to apply specific logic and add unique affixes for relevant enemy types. While this update concentrates on the undead, the system opens the door for future expansions to include other creature types.
Expanded Affix Roster: Over 100 new affixes join our lineup, many aimed at making the undead more thrilling and tactically demanding. We've also adjusted our affix logic to ensure that lower-tier affixes become less prevalent as players progress, maintaining challenge and relevance throughout your adventure.
Selective Exclusion for Enhanced Balance: To preserve the game's narrative integrity and balance, we’ve specifically excluded key characters like Commander Zhalk, The Absolute, and The Hag from receiving random affixes. These affixes include Passives, Statuses, and even rarer cases of Abilities or specifically Targeted abilities. As such, this mod does not touch or alter the base game and should be fine with any of the Death March, Stronger Bosses, AI and basic difficulty increasing mods which seek to add stat values etc. or change enemy behavior. Just be aware of how these kinds of mods combine when it comes to balance and always be mindful of how certain interactions may play out.
