For those unwilling or too lazy (like me) to use Unique Tav and Trip's Old Shaders, this mod removes body hair for T2 and T4 (male and male strong) Humans and Half-Elves without any dependencies and works in this post-Patch 5 world. 

What this mod does exactly is telling the game to load hairless body Elf textures instead of hairy Human textures for Humans and Half-Elves. 

This mod affects the player and NPCs but does not affect Gale or Wyll.

✦ Compatibility & Issues ✦

This mod is (probably) not compatible with other mods that change:
- any genital texture and 3D model (for any race and body type)
- Human T2 and T4 textures and 3D model
- Gale and Wyll body

I say "probably" because I haven't tested compatibility and I currently have no intention to. You could try loading this mod after (or before) your other body mods and see if it works, I'm just not sure and I don't want to spend ages testing things.
This is a lightweight mod I made for myself that I thought I'd share and that's it, although I might make a less toned T2 hairless body mod in the future.

Instead of this mod I recommend using the framework Unique Tav Custom Appearance by Kartoffels if you want hairless body with further customization (like body tattoos and such) for your Tav and companions, as well as compatibility between several body mods.

This mod however does not touch on anything related to heads / faces so it is compatible with head mods.

Mod makers are free to unpack this mod and compare the files with vanilla ones to see what I changed, and apply the same changes in their own mods if they so desire. This is just a simple code swap of a few entries in Genitals and Body _merged files.
