Hello everyone, this mod will bring the weapons of 2B, the protagonist of Nier: Automata, and her companion "POD" to all of you. I personally like 2B very much, so now I have spent a lot of time learning how to create a mod with independent 3D models. Many thanks to ByteBard, without his help and BG3 Equipment Generator, this mod may not have been completed .
The mod includes three items:
Legendary Greatsword: Virtuous Treaty
Legendary Short Sword: Virtuous Contract
Legendary Cloak: 2B's Pod
PS: (In this mod, I have transformed POD into a special cloak. However, there seem to be some display issues with it. It looks fine up close, but from a distance, it becomes completely black. This may be related to LOD. If you know how to modify this, please let me know in the comments. I'm still a beginner and not very skilled in creating LOD for items.)
MOD Installation
It is recommended to use BG3MM for installation.
MOD Uninstallation
I do not recommend uninstalling this mod midway,Some issues caused by game hot fixes it may damage your save files.
Item Acquisition:
1,You can obtain all items in the "2B's treasure chest of weapons," which is located in the beginner tutorial chest.
2,The items can also be purchased from over 20 merchants in chapters one, two, and three.
3,You can summon the tutorial chest to acquire the items.
4,Alternatively, you can directly add the items using their respective UUIDs:
Legendary chest:2B's treasure chest of weapons (UUID:d02293af-c131-4b66-8bbc-57d257b33be0)
Legendary Greatsword: VirtuousTreaty (UUID: 5d9f71bf-52b9-4ff9-b75a-eba55f3af134)
Legendary Short Sword: Virtuous Contract (UUID: 6ec9974a-3d8d-4452-a846-9fe215c04f17)
Legendary Cloak: 2B's Pod (UUID: 509cac7a-8998-47b8-9beb-873243b0def3)
Legendary Dagger : Virtuous Contract Dagger(UUID: 6bb1f36a-e3c5-47a9-8ad7-416a1cc2df33)
Compatibility Issues:
These are new standalone items and should not conflict with other items.
Possible issue:
Currently, there is an issue with the display of POD in the game. The texture looks fine up close, but from a distance, it turns completely black. I suspect this may be related to LOD (Level of Detail). I'm not very familiar with LOD settings and am still in the learning stage. If you know the reason, please let me know in the comments. Thank you very much. I will work hard to fix this issue.
Future update plans:
If this mod receives positive feedback, I plan to add 2A and 9S weapons. Of course, this may not happen quickly because I am still not very familiar with creating mods with independent models.
