Changes Chromatic Orb and Sphere of Elemental Balance to fit PHB rules:
- all variants do 3d8 damage at 1st level, with damage increasing by 1d8 per level
- removed elemental surface effects
Since 5E Chromatic Orb hasn't been updated for the full release of the game, here's a spiritual successor.
This mod should be compatible with anything that doesn't change the spell effects of Chromatic Orb or Sphere of Elemental Balance.
(I believe 5E Spells also fixes Chromatic Orb though I'm not sure)
