DC scaling for arrows, coatings and throwables.

This file includes scaling for both coatings and arrows.

Update: Lowered the DCs for all arrows by 1 so that they can't go past vanilla values at lvl 1, this is also how the coatings are scaled. Use one of the older versions if you want the DC to be higher.

Adds weapon action scaling for all coatings both when applied to a weapon and when thrown.

In this update: Fixed the issue with spell-made surfaces being able to scale off of your weapon DC if weapon DC is higher. Now it should prioritize spell save DC.

Adds DC scaling for throwable items such as grenades, bottles/vials(acid, grease, holy water etc.) and explosive barrels. Should affect surfaces created by the items too.
