Feeling quite disappointed by the nerf to the chain lightning combo with twinned spell in patch #6, I created this mod.
Works perfect for patch #6 hotfix #25. Please leave a comment if you encountered any issue.
Installation:
DO NOT add it to mod load order (modsettings.lsx).
Just drop the .pak file into your mods folder and it will work.
Update:
V1.1.0: As requested, twinned Witch Bolt is supported. It's worth noting that Activate Witch Bolt will only affect a single target.
