By default, the game does not show tooltips for world placed containers, hidden caches (well, duh! they are supposed to be hidden), and even some items.
I am a hoarder, i need to loot everything and take every item (even if it sells for measly 1 gold), and it helps if i can easily see them all.
This helps... but it also adds a lot of UI clutter in areas with many items/containers/interactables.
It also spoils surprises by revealing things that are supposed to be hidden (mostly just those caches and such), so you have been warned.

The mod consists of object's RootTemplates with modified/added "Tooltip" attribute value set to "2".
Doing so, makes the objects show a tooltip when you press Alt (default key).
Other mods modifying the same RootTemplates will conflict with this mod, so i highly recommend to setup your mod load order in such a way that any other mods override the changes from this mod - as a result, you may not get a visible tooltip for some objects, but it will ensure that the other mods work as intended.

What You should know...
I suspect that i modified WAY more templates than needed, including objects that cannot be actually interacted with in any meaningful way.
I tried to limit the number of included templates by setting various conditions to filter them (see the python script for details), but that still results in 8477 templates, which is more than only what is needed (resulting in displaying tooltips for things that really do not need them, or do not have a name).
So, if somebody has a good idea how to limit the number even more (without missing anything we want to include), i am all ears.

Feel free to use the optional python script to experiment with creating your own set of modified root templates.
I will not go into details how to do it, as you should be able to easily find out yourself (and if not, then i don't think you should be messing with it).
