Viego primarily uses one combat resource: Black Mist. When you first play The Ruined King, it will start as 6 . BUT after every long rest, 80％ the Black Mist will lose.   Viego main attack uses Dex  , and uses Char to cast spells.

ALL OF THE REQUIRED MODS ARE NEEDED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summon Weapon : Blade of the Ruined King:

This blade will turn enemy into zombie , and serve Viego in death.

Action: Blade of the Ruined King


Viego stabs forward, causing few damage and marks enemy with Black Mist. 
"The Mist from my heart comsumes everything.But all this power means NOTHING without her."

Action: Soul Draining 

Viego strikes the marked enemy twice, gaining 2 Black Mist at the same time.
   "You stole her from me !"

Passive: Devils Sight

Level2:

Action: Spectral Maw

Viego dashes forward,stun the enemy and mark it.  Costs 1 mist
   "I am already a monster suited for the horrors I must inflict."

Level3:

Action: Harrowed Path

Viego creates a Black Mist. He can become Mist's Lord when he reaches LV5

Action: Mist's Lord

When Viego reaches LV5, he can use 2 Mist to become HASTE and INVISIBLE for 2 turnswhen he is in the MIST.
 "The mist is my great,unending sadness."

Level4:

Action: HeartBreaker

It hurts, my heart , it hurts so much...

Use 4 Black Mist, causing huge damage according to the target's maximum health. Using this skill to kill the enemy will gain a Soul fragment

Action: I command you!

Viego absorbs the Black Mist from a friendly undead creature, killing the creature directly and gaining temporary HP and 3 Black Mist.
   "The weight of this moment is so much more than you."

Level5:

    

All this carnage. Do you see?!  I do it for you!

Action : Summon Isolde

Viego..your black and broken heart, has destroyed everything...
All this death, all this .. ruination,and for what? This.. obsession?

Use Soul fragments to recall Isolde, but she still cannot stay in the world for a long time. Isolde will dissipate after 5 rounds, and then Viego will fall into madness for one round.

Extra attack

Viego has advantage in attack roll when he is using Soul Draining and Heartbreaker.
   "You face the Ruined King!"

Level6:

Soul Draining now restores 1d8 HP.


Level7:

Action: control undead

Action: Mark of the Shadow Isles

Viego empowers up to two undead creatures with advantage on their attack rolls, increased movement speed, and Strength +3.
   "Kill them! Kill them all!"


Level8:

Soul Draining now gains one more Black Mist.

Soul Draining nand Heartbreaker now ignore the opponent's Slash and Necrotic resistances.
   "Love is my weapon!"

Level9:

Soul Draining and Heartbreaker now have a -1 critical hit roll.

Soul Draining nand Heartbreaker now deals bonus necrotic damage equal to Charisma modifier.

Level10:

Action: Harrowing

Raise many revnant to fight for Viego. They have Haste, but are vulnerable to all damage and die after two turns.(They are not tagged as UNDEAD!!!)

   "The dead will not rest until I am whole once more."


Level11:

Viego recovers from fatal attacks with 1 hit point per long rest.
