Overview: Brings a bit more uniqueness to every playable character, whether played as Avatar or as companions.
These bonuses will make them more distinct, fit with their backstory, and should be useful and relevant throughout the whole game.
Note: The Proficiency Bonus added to their skills is independent of (and therefore stacks with) Proficiency/Expertise.
Laezel
+Proficiency Bonus to Intimidation & Acrobatics
+(Proficiency Bonus -1) to Attack Rolls* & Damage Rolls* with Githyanki weapons (only visible when equipped with such weapon)
Note: she also can't roll a 1 on attack roll and damage roll
Shadowheart:
+Proficiency Bonus to Religion & Insight
+(Proficiency Bonus-1) to Ability & Skill checks & Saving throws to her allies as long as she’s wielding an idol of her goddess (follows the story)

Karlach
+Proficiency Bonus to Survival & Athletics
Every 4 Soul Coins used give permanent +1 Fire Damage on melee attacks & +1 Fire damage reduction (starts at 1 Coin)
Each Heart upgrade adds the equivalent of 4 coins (vanilla maximum value is 1 + 19 + 2 x 4 = 28 coins = +7)
Note: If using optional files from Fireproof Karlach that give her a toggle, every time she uses it she will get a stack of this passive, it is highly advised that you don't use that
Wyll
+Proficiency Bonus to Persuasion & History
If he has proficiency with martial weapons, Wyll adds his (Proficiency Bonus-1) to Attack Rolls* and Damage Rolls* with Rapiers, as well as AC
If he has a Rapier equipped, Wyll adds his Proficiency Bonus to his spells' Attack Roll and DC
Gale

Being affected by a hostile spell, Gale has a chance to recover a Spell Slot
- He must succeed a Constitution SavingThrow (DC = 10 + 2 per SpellPowerLevel) - If he fails, he can roll again for the slot of the next lesser level - If he succeeds but can’t restore a spell slot of that level, he gets a temporary one for the next turn Only available after Elminster stabilizes the Orb
Astarion
+Proficiency Bonus to Deception & Stealth
When Vampire Bite kills a hostile humanoid, Astarion progresses his Vampirism
- Every 7 such kills, he gains a rank - Ranks give and improve a claw attack reaction Ranks:
Fledgling: Can use claws to react on someone missing a melee attack against him, once per turn (no reaction cost)
Blooded: On hit with the claws, can inflict Bleed for 2 turns
Nightdweller: +1 use per turn
Nightmaster: Add 1d4 necrotic damage to the claw attack (scales like a cantrip)
Lord: +1 use per turn
Elder: On hit with the claws, can inflict Charmed for 2 turns
First rank is unlocked after he gets Happy for the first time
The Dark Urge
+Proficiency Bonus to Intimidation & Perception
Feral Instinct (+3 initiative, can't be surprised)
+1 to critical threshold (only out of combat)

Compatibility: Will cause compatibility issues with mods altering the Origins.lsx.
