After much fine-tuning, I present: the Ibex Blade. Wield the sword once used to hold off the forces of Oblivion!

"At the turning of the Fourth Age, in the year 3E 433, the Emperor Uriel Septim VII was assassinated and the Amulet of Kings was destroyed. This set in motion a chain of events that would bring down an empire and change forever the relationship between man and the gods."―Praxis Sarcorum
During the Oblivion Crisis many years ago, there was a soldier by the name of Luthin Ibex. A simple soldier, no more than a means to keep the people safe, of which he did best. His life centered around his guard duties, until the day that Oblivion Gates began arriving.
Uneasy with the sudden appearance of the gates, many Imperial Guards were ordered to have them scouted. However, many came back injured, and most didn't come back at all.
Like many before him, Ibex was sent to die in order to protect the land of Cyrodil. With sword in hand and the fear of the Gods in his heart, he charged with many others into the gates of Oblivion. Left and right, soldiers were being torn apart by the forces of hell itself. Yet, fate would have it that Ibex would not die here.
Driving his blade into the darkness of Oblivion, Ibex slew foe after foe, advancing up the front. All fell before him, succumbing to the might of the Ibex warrior. The tides of war were turning in favor of the Imperial Guard, and the front quickly advanced.
However, just as things were starting to look up, it stepped onto the battlefield. A Dremora, towering above all else. Its cold stare scanned the battlefield and set itself on the fearful look of Luthin Ibex. In a charge, the two foes clashed in cinematic fashion. Blade over blade, jab after punch, they both fought for the victory of their side. Only one would come out victorious.
In a motion barely visible, Ibex severed the head of the beast, bringing down the lumbering foe before him. Victory was quickly secured, and the gate was to shut. As a token of victory, Ibex took the blade of the giant Dremora, and left with his new spoils.
Ibex's name quickly spread amongst the Imperial Guard, and Luthnin Ibex was named a Captain. In honor of his promotion, a skilled blacksmith was hired to forge him a blade worthy of a Captain. Using the blade of the Dremora, a new weapon was forged: The Ibex Blade. With the daedric metal and skillful craftsmanship, this blade knew no equal. It is even said to call upon Oblivion to enchant the blade with unknown power.. but that's just a rumor...

Hey lads, new weapon! I know I've got a lot of mods to update, but when I saw this blade, I just had to make it. It was created by the same lad who made the Eltonbrand model, so you can already tell its pure quality.
I hope you enjoy this weapon, as a lot of effort was put into making sure it works perfectly, and looks fantastic. I plan to update the Eurasian Longsword next, but it's giving me some unexpected issues. I've got plans to update most of my mods, so stay tuned to the Updated section for more from me!
