Changes the time stop sound effect from LilHuskys timestop mod to the OVA sound effect

Replace the anime TS sound and Dio's voice for the OVA sound and Ova dio's voice
also contains the OVA sound effect on its own if you want to play as Jotaro just rename StopTimeAudioClip to StopTimeAudioClipDio and ResumeTimeAudioClipJotaro to ResumeTimeAudioClip
You need the time stop mod this to work this does not contain it
Just overwrite the original time stop spell file with this file
