Sundowner, also known as the Californian Wildfire, is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Jetstream Sam) of the videogame Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. He is the leader of the PMC Desperado Enforcement LLC which seeks to start a war for no reason other than simply enjoying the death, destruction, and carnage it causes.
Samuel Rodrigues, better known as Jetstream Sam or the Minuano, is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Sundowner) of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. A samurai with cybernetic enhancements, he is one of Senator Armstrong's minions and a member of Desperado Enforcement LLC.
Senator Steven Armstrong, better known as Senator Armstrong or simply Armstrong, is the main antagonist of the 2013 video game Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.
Monsoon (季節風) was a Cyborg Ninja and a member of Desperado Enforcement LLC. He was one of the Winds of Destruction alongside Sundowner and Mistral and was named after the seasonal wind systems in West Africa and Asia-Australia.
Raiden (雷電), real name Jack, also known as Jack the Ripper, White Devil, and Snake, was a Liberian-American mercenary and former special forces soldier.
