LEADER: NOSTALGIA CRITIC - Trait - The Review Marches On: +2 Production in Theater Square Buildings. Gain the unique Governor: Channel Awesome Crew, the Serviles. Gain 1 Governor title at the Gunpowder Technology.
- Agenda - That Guy with the Glasses: Aggressive with a Culture focus. Like players with a large Military and Culture and/or Faith output. Dislikes players with a large Military but small Culture and/or Faith output (like an aggressive Hojo Tokimune).
LEADER GOVERNOR: CHANNEL AWESOME CREW, THE SERVILES - Innate - Crew at Work: Your other cities within 9 tiles gain +4 Loyalty per turn towards your civilization. Establishes in 3 turns.
- Tier 1A - Malcolm X. Ray: +20% Production towards all military units in the City.
- Tier 1C - Tamara Chambers: +20% Culture in the City.
- Tier 2A - Jim Jarosz: City garrison increases by +3 Combat Strength. Friendly Units within the City's borders gain +3 Combat Strength.

- Tier 3B - Rob Walker: Additional +20% Production towards all military units and +20% Culture in the City.
CIVILIZATION: KICKASSIA - Trait - Unwelcome Occupiers: -2 Loyalty in all Cities; doubled to -4 in conquered Cities. Conquered Cities with an established Governor gain +20% Production and Culture. Conquered Cities gain +100% Tourism in Artifacts and Great Works of Art.
- Spawn Bias: Tier 1 Desert Hills, Tier 2 Desert, Tier 5 Floodplains/River.
CIVILIZATION UNIT: CRITIC BRIGADE - Kickassian unique Renaissance era unit that replaces the Musketman. +4 Combat Strength when attacking. Gain +3 Great Writer, Great Artist and Great Musician points from defeating enemies.
CIVILIZATION BUILDING: CRITIC'S COURT - Must be be built in an Encampment with an Armory. +1 Production and Culture; doubled to +2 if the City is at full Loyalty. +4 Loyalty. Newly trained Melee and Anti-Cavalry class Units gain Culture equal to 15% of enemy Combat Strength from defeated enemy Units. Allows Critic Brigades to be trained in the City.
