    -Adds Carthage led by Dido, Hanno, and Hannibal Barca.-Adds Hanno and Hannibal Barca as leaders of Phoenicia.-Dido Trait/Founder of Carthage: Unchanged.-Dido Agenda/Sicilian Wars: Unchanged.-Dido District/Cothon: Unique to Dido.-Hanno Trait/Journey to Atlantis: Begin with the Eurekas for Sailing, Celestial Navigation, and Shipbuilding. Naval Melee class units gain +3 Combat Strength when in formation and share their Movement. Defeating enemy units from a previous era grants Science equal to 100% of their Combat Strength. Completing the Government Plaza or Diplomatic Quarter grants a Settler.-Hanno Agenda/Magonid Explorer: Likes civilizations that have explored less of the map than himself. Dislikes civilizations that have explored more of the map than himself.-Hannibal Barca Trait/Hannibal's March: Units gain +5 Combat Strength against Barbarians, city-states, and free cities. Units heal an additional +15 Health from pillaging. Gain the Forest Elephant unique unit and Hannibal's Crossing unique improvement.-Hannibal Barca Agenda/Enemy of Rome: Aggressive. Likes civilizations who pose no threat. Dislikes civilizations with strong militaries or ones with nearby cities.-Hannibal Barca Unit/Forest Elephant: Replaces the Heavy Chariot. +1 Movement if starting the turn on open terrain. Becomes stealthed and gains +4 Combat Strength when on Woods or Rainforest. Has 2 Charges to build a Hannibal's Crossing.-Hannibal Barca Improvement/Hannibal's Crossing: Acts as a movement portal on a mountain range, allowing units to move into it and exit from another portal at the cost of 2 Movement. Trade Routes traveling through it can multiply the Gold they get from districts at their destination. Gain Tourism equal to tile appeal with Flight. Can be built in neutral territory. Must be built on an adjacent Mountain tile. Cannot be pillaged or removed.-Carthage Trait/Adirim: +50% Production towards the Government Plaza, Diplomatic Quarter, and their buildings. The Palace, Government Plaza buildings, and Diplomatic Quarter buildings grant +1 yields.-Carthage Unit/Balearic Mercenary: Replaces the Slinger. Must be purchased with Gold. Becomes more expensive over time. Can melee attack when on land. Can ranged attack when embarked. No Movement cost to embark or disembark. +2 Movement and +10 Combat Strength when embarked. +14 Combat Strength with Machinery.-Carthage District/Sheltered Port: Replaces the Water Park. Available at Celestial Navigation. Always costs 80 Production to produce. +2 Amenities. Major Production adjacency from the Harbour or Cothon. Gain a 3% Gold discount on purchasing land or naval units per Sheltered Port, up to 60%. Cannot be built in a city that has an Entertainment Complex. Cannot be built on Reef.-Phoenicia Building/Tophet: Replaces the Granary. +2 Housing. +1 Food and Science. +1 Faith per era since first constructed or repaired. Domestic Trade Routes from the city gain +1 Food. International Trade Routes from the city gain +1 Science.-This mod uses in-game assets for the Forest Elephantry and Balearic Mercenary.-Outfits used by Hanno and Hannibal Barca come from "The Fallen Eagle" mod for Crusader Kings III.-Hannibal Barca Great General renamed to Hasdrubal the Fair.-Hanno the Navigator Great Admiral renamed to Himilco the Navigator.-Carthage uses Punic and Hebrew names (cities, geographic landmarks, citizens).-Carthage has alt names available in the menu: Punic-Maghreb, Libyphoenicia, Sardunophoenicia, Siculophoenicia, and New Phoenicia.-TSL support for Firaxis: Standard TSL Earth, Firaxis: Huge TSL Earth, Firaxis: TSL Europe, Firaxis: TSL Mediterranean, YnAMP: Giant Earth, YnAMP: Greatest Earth Map, YnAMP: Large Europe, and YnAEMP: Play Europe Again.
