-Adds Muscovy led by Ivan the Terrible.
-Adds Ivan the Terrible as a leader of Russia.

-Ivan the Terrible Trait/Tsar of All the Russias: Building a Fort, Krepost, or Encampment triggers a Culture Bomb, claiming surrounding tiles. Taking territory from a foreign city with a Culture Bomb converts it to the majority Religion. Units gain +5 Combat Strength when within the borders of an enemy city that follows the Religion founded by Ivan IV. Gain the Oprichinik unique unit.
-Ivan the Terrible Agenda/Grozny: Aggressive. Minor diplomatic malus towards other civilizations.
-Ivan the Terrible Unit/Oprichnik: Replaces the Courser. Does not cost resources or maintenance. +4 Combat Strength against religious enemies. Every active Oprichnik grants +1 Loyalty, up to +10.

-Muscovy Trait/Tatar Yoke: +5% Gold and Faith per city-state suzerainty.
-Muscovy Unit/Streltsy: Replaces the Pike and Shot. Does not cost resources. 1 Range. Can melee attack.
-Muscovy Improvement/Krepost: Building a Krepost grants an Envoy. Occupying unit receives +4 Defense Strength and automatically gains 2 turns of fortification. +1 Housing and Gold. +2 Gold with Divine Right. Standard Gold adjacency from Forts and other Kreposts. +1 Amenity, doubled if the city was not founded. Must be built on a city's frontier. A city can only have one Krepost. A tile with a Krepost cannot be swapped. A Krepost cannot be removed. Strategic Resource Stockpile increases by +5.

-Muscovy uses Russian names (cities, geographic landmarks, citizens).

-TSL support for Firaxis Standard Earth, Firaxis Huge Earth, Firaxis Europe, Firaxis Mediterranean, Firaxis East Asia, YnAMP: Giant Earth, YnAMP: Greatest Earth Map, YnAMP: Large Europe, and YnAEMP: Play Europe Again.
