This mod is a complete revamp on Crysis Blood System Responsiveness - on this mod I bring new and exclusively textures, blood pools, wounds, particles and much more!

oing from a vanilla with zero responses that doesn't look right at all, to a overhaul quality containing:

  • Darker and realistic blood pools, decals, soaks, brain particles, ...

  • Unique Headshot and Cloth wounds and responsiveness

  • Bump, Detail Bump, Parallax and high quality wounds

Delivering to the player a new feeling to replay this masterpiece game.




This mod has only been tested on GOG Version Patch 1.2.1 - Game Version 1.1.1.6156

INSTALLATION

  • You'll need some software to unzip the files.
  • You'll get 2 (two) .PAK files (zz_Particles-Blood.pak and zz_Blood-Wounds.pak) and 2 (two) folders (Config and Levels) once downloaded here and unzipped.There is also a backup file of everything if ever you need.
  • Drop "zz_Particles-Blood.pak" , "zz_Blood-Wounds.pak", Config and Levels on \Crysis\Game\ 
  • If ask for overwrite you overwrite it. It will be a Config .XML only (otherwise decals may not appear).
  • Done.

Highly recommend playing with Active Ragdoll MOD!

- Why have I separated Active Ragdoll MOD ?
First, that mod is from a Uncut Patch which is aggressive since it needs to overwrite your game DLL's.
Lastly, you don't need that to enjoy this mod.

Known Issues:
1- Replaying (Load last level) same level you'll still see wounds from previous one - After a time period the wounds will vanish. (Fix coming on next update)
2- During Night Cycles (time of the day) wounds decals may bright more than normal - Unknown Reason. (Fix coming on next update)
3- Shotgun Headshots may have no blood effects due to ? - Unknown Reason. (Cannot be fixed.)
4- Sometimes (1 on 10) you'll see enemies with invisible torsos (I fixed 99% of the cases). They can be alive or just be an animation/static object.
