I've included a complete copy of my 'actionmaps.exl' file found in "\\Username\Documents\My Games\Crysis\Profiles\Profilename".
I've also included the 1280 x 1024 background image I use on my second monitor that has the keymap on it.
I've also included a text file with only the 4 keybinds that I added to the actionmap.xml for reference in case you want to do your own editing and/or change the keybinds. I'm pretty sure you can change all the normal keybinds ingame after adding the suitmode ones through editing.
I have "Suit Shortcuts" checked in the game options. I'm not even sure what that does
I do not have the new 'enhanced version' of the game, so I don't know if these keybinds will work for it too.
In this version Crouch is set to "hold" and ADS Zoom is the default toggle.
UPDATE: It's been so long I forgot where I even learned how to do these edits. Well after having a mission bug out (no quest update after destroying the tanks, a common bug) I went looking for a fix and stumbled upon the webpage I got my info from.
