Subdermal Armor is supposed to be the core of your character's armor. For whatever reason most random cyberware outclasses it in armor. This buffs it, probably too much but it's in the realm of a good ballistic vest so I didn't worry about it. Also lets you actually reach the armor threshold in vanilla at level 60.
Mod is compatible with Cyberware EX and should be compatible with most if not all mods including cyberware mods
Note: After some testing and digging through game files the subdermal armor you get at the start of the game is a unique item ID and therefore is unaffected by this mod.
