Cyberpunk has a weird feature where your armor mitigation % decreases as you level. You will feel yourself lose massive amounts of armor mitigation % upon leveling up mid-fight. This mod exists to fix that.

Levels 11, 18, and 24 you suddenly treat all of your armor as being worth only 66% as much. In effect this is loses you around 20% armor mitigation % for mediumweight builds and nearly 50% armor mitigation % for heavy builds. Because these take place over a singular level, leveling up mid fight causes you to die.

This mod smooths that out so as long as you maintain your upgrades you will never be surprised by enemy damage after a level up. It additionally raises the minimum armor efficiency value up from 18% to 50%.

This mod does not let you hit armor values not possible in vanilla.
This mod additionally changes a feature where the effectiveness of armor changes with difficulty settings, easy and story difficulty had 13% armor efficiency!
